Named after the French artillery this little old school treat sure has some kick. Bubbles and gin ok?
Ingredients: 15ml Fresh lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup (one part water, one part sugar), 45ml The West Winds Gin The Sabre, 90ml Champagne
Serve in a Champagne flute and garnish with Lemon twist
Said to have a kick of a French 75mm artillery we reckon this is a cracking brunch time tipple. Bottoms up!
