The Barrel Expedition - Maidenii Voyage.

For over two millennia oak barrels have been used to transport alcohol around the globe. The wood softens the spirit and provides new depth to the flavours. Our Barrel Expedition is not just about working with barrels that have previously aged other amazing liquids, it’s also about working with friends and indulging our fancies.

Our first voyage is with Maidenii, an outstanding Australian Vermouth made with Wormwood, Strawberry Gum, River Mint and Wattle Seed. Maidenii Sweet Vermouth barrels truly enhance our first batch of Barrel Expedition gin.
