Aussie gin blind tasting

Australian Bartender recently held their first blind tasting of Australan Gins at The Powder Keg in Sydney.On hand were Sam Egerton from Palmer &Co, Dominique Easter from The Hazy Rose, and Taka Shino and Antonio Zigman from The Powder Keg. Congratulations to Four Pillars for carrying the day but The Cutlass grabbed 4 stars and,according toTaka,"showed good complexity."

Appearance - clear
Nose - lemon citrus, juniper, savory spice, floral
Palate -hint of sweetness, with citrus, anise and juniper, oily palate, texture
Comments - overproof with good complexity thought Tak
