Our 2020 release of The Wild Plum Gin vintage is now here! With the 2019 bottling all sold out we can now share this year’s stunning harvest and distillation with you.
Made with native Davidson plums and Sloe berries, the gin has been designed to have a warm and earthy backbone to support these unique Australian flavours. With its tart finish coming from the Davidson plums, you’ll also discover a cozy sweetness thanks to banksia honey and sloe berries, all perfectly balanced out with robust citrus notes.
Our Wild Plum releases have become Australia’s most awarded flavoured gin and the 2020 release is no exception – this is some of the finest liquid using our native flavours alongside traditional gin aromas.
With so much character, the 2020 vintage tastes great to sip as is or try in one of our cocktail suggestions. Serve long with soda or tonic and garnish with an orange wedge for a simple refresher, or if you’re looking to get creative we’ve got plenty of ideas to get you mixing this way.
