In the times since, this magic tonic has been developed, refined and improved with more and more exotic ingredients added to its juniper core.
We named our Gin "The West Winds" in a tribute to the ocean breezes used for centuries by sailors to cross the Indian Ocean from South Africa to the west coast of Australia and beyond in a search for the riches of the new world.
The West Winds Gin reflects the bold and adventurous nature of these sailors and has pure Margaret River at its core.
